Meet the Byerly's
Kirt and Vicki Byerly moved to Colorado 15 years ago from Indiana with their two sons, Maxx and Jack. The Byerlys’ desire to live in an inspiring, healthy, family oriented community, prompted them to follow their dreams to the sunny blue skies of Colorado. They love the outdoors and spend their weekends outside hiking, skiing, snowmobiling and fishing. The move has been a great experience for the family as well as a great challenge.
The Byerlys have both owned and operated small businesses for several years. They have successfully owned and managed rental properties, an auto body shop and a hair salon. They are self-made and hardworking people with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Arriving in Colorado Springs without employment, they started, Around the House, Inc., their home improvement company. Around the House continues to offer many services such as property management, minor repairs, complete basement finishing and major remodels.
In 2007, the Byerlys launched their first minor land development called, On the Rocks. Kirt and Vicki developed a 22-acre parcel of land, meeting all guidelines of the El Paso County Regional Building Department.
In addition to Around the House, Inc., the Byerlys now offer the national known brand of gutter protection, Gutter Helmet©, operating as Gutter Helmet of the Pikes Peak Region.
Together this husband and wife team can assist you with home improvement and gutter protection needs. They are associated with some of the best sub-contractors in Colorado Springs. Their Midwest values and hard work ethic are assets to their businesses. The Byerlys look forward to helping you with your maintenance and/or construction projects!
